RVM- The First Relativity Partner to Attain all of kCura’s Accreditations

RVM has raised the bar on what it means to be a premier Relativity partner. With Relativity Certified Administrator and Certified Sales Professional on staff and now a Best in Service Partner, RVM is the first Relativity partner to achieve all three accreditations.

Joseph McGivern is RVM’s Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA). He has been with RVM since October 2009 and is part of the hosting team. Joseph, along with the rest of RVM’s hosting team, actively supports over 100 matters. RCAs are recognized as experts in Relativity and have direct access to second level support at kCura.

Lee Stein is RVM’s Relativity Certified Sales Professional and a hosting specialist of the RVM hosting team.

As a Best in Service Partner, RVM is recognized for its commitment to quality customer experience in Relativity.

The criteria for Relativity’s Best in Service program consist of an audit of a partner’s Relativity offering as well as customer references.  Partners who volunteered to participate were evaluated on technical capabilities, sales performance, and the strength of their references.

In November of 2009, RVM held a breakfast seminar on Relativity for current users and interested legal professionals at the W Hotel. The seminar was based on a poll, rating which Relativity feature is of most interest. The purpose of the seminar was to provide RVM’s expertise and knowledge of Relativity and the e-discovery process as a resource. The panel was made up of Vincent Brunetti, CEO, Craig Cheng, CIO, Geoffrey Sherman, Director of Technology, and kCura’s Dan Miller, Product Manager. RVM has planned another seminar in late April in New York and Chicago.
