Client Relations Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer needs through product development processes, respond to customer inquiries, manage customer dissatisfaction and specific complaints fairly, promptly and effectively.
- Promote additional services to customers to increase the value of RVM’s offerings, as well as company revenues.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client base.
- Establish a rapport and maintain contact with all assigned clients.
- Promote new ideas and services to assigned client base.
- Create, analyze and maintain client reports.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and/or two years experience in sales and marketing field.
- A passion for growing & maintaining long-term relationships.
- Ability to provide one-on-one customer care .
- Great customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Be open to innovation.
- Excellent follow up skills.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
