Client Relations Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer needs through product development processes, respond to customer inquiries, manage customer dissatisfaction and specific complaints fairly, promptly and effectively.
  • Promote additional services to customers to increase the value of RVM’s offerings, as well as company revenues.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client base.
  • Establish a rapport and maintain contact with all assigned clients.
  • Promote new ideas and services to assigned client base.
  • Create, analyze and maintain client reports.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and/or two years experience in sales and marketing field.
  • A passion for growing & maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one customer care .
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Team player.
  • Be open to innovation.
  • Excellent follow up skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
