Responsibilities:

• Perform image processing ranging from OCR to PDF and multi-page TIFF conversion and prepare data and images for data capture and conversion using C#, MS-Office Object Model, ADO.Net, HTML, MS-SQL, Microsoft Visual Basic, SQL Server, Opticon, Dii (Summation Blaze), Concordance, IConnect, Acrobat, CVista, and Informatik Reformat.
• Perform quality control procedures on incoming/outgoing media and perform quality check procedures on data and .TIF files.
• Analyze hardware and software systems and load files from incoming media to the production directory structure.
• Oversee job order documents and technical specifications and create production directory structures on network servers.
• Generate IPRO load files (.LFP), create and remove IPRO production databases, and oversee the overall performance of these databases.
• Setup and repair production environment to perform production processing, including sequential image endorsement and conversion of image formats.
• Provide status updates and reports to senior management regarding current status of jobs and production deliverables and perform trouble-shooting activities and resolve problems accordingly.
• Track and report daily productivity and export totals, create final production media, and perform simple data conversion using load file formats.
• Provide technical assistance on installation, software packages and operating systems.
• Act as Team Leader to coordinate between departments (i.e, Image QC, QA Department, Project Manager, and Technical) to ensure job will be completed according to deadlines and work with managers and team to establish best procedures/solutions.
