Litigation Support Analyst
RVM, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Litigation Support Analyst. This is a full-time production environment position for the processing of data and images to client specified formats using litigation support databases.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Import/export/convert data using a variety of litigation support software packages.
- Load electronic documents (images, native files, etc) into litigation support database.
- Creation of final delivery media.
- Perform data and image loads and OCR processing.
- Maintain tracking logs for data and images loaded.
- Review and conduct quality checks of loaded data and images.
- Process electronically stored information and extract metadata from files.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system related problems.
- Communicate issues in preparation of conversion projects to the Technical Manager.
- Provide updates throughout the day to the Technical Manager and Project Managers regarding the status of deliverables to be produced.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- Two to three years experience maintaining, managing and customizing litigation support databases.
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft office products including Outlook.
- Experience with various litigation database systems.
- Working knowledge of IPRO, Concordance and Summation load file formats.
- Training in litigation database helpful.
- Experience with various government delivery requirements.
- Strong technical skills to analyze and troubleshoot in a data processing environment.
- Ability to work with multiple techs on same projects.
- Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work under extreme deadlines.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience with MS Access a plus.
