Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and oversee the marketing of the organization’s products and services.
- Promote RVM as an industry leader through marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives.
- Assess and analyze the company’s current marketing programs and forecast future marketing needs.
- Work closely with the President in developing a strategy that can translate a vision into practical and measurable marketing tactics.
- Help develop marketing communication promotional materials.
- Translate business strategy into marketing programs.
- Drive revenues through new promotions, product merchandising and site improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years successful track record in the litigation support industry or legal sector.
- Exceptional people skills which are manifested in the ability to collaborate with and motivate others.
- Experience with a wide range of marketing tactics.
- Strong communications skills.
- Highly energetic and creative.
- Builds lasting business partnerships, vocally passionate about the company’s mission, both one-on-one and in larger groups.
- Proven skills in public relations, particularly with the trade and business press.
- Ability to prioritize and function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
