Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct and oversee the marketing of the organization’s products and services.
  • Promote RVM as an industry leader through marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives.
  • Assess and analyze the company’s current marketing programs and forecast future marketing needs.
  • Work closely with the President in developing a strategy that can translate a vision into practical and measurable marketing tactics.
  • Help develop marketing communication promotional materials.
  • Translate business strategy into marketing programs.
  • Drive revenues through new promotions, product merchandising and site improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years successful track record in the litigation support industry or legal sector.
  • Exceptional people skills which are manifested in the ability to collaborate with and motivate others.
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing tactics.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Highly energetic and creative.
  • Builds lasting business partnerships, vocally passionate about the company’s mission, both one-on-one and in larger groups.
  • Proven skills in public relations, particularly with the trade and business press.
  • Ability to prioritize and function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
