Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator oversees projects from receipt of the job order to delivery of the finished product to the client. This individual must be able to cope with multiple functions and assignments simultaneously and prioritize appropriately based on clients’ needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for coordinating all scanning and QA projects to meet client deadlines
- Ensure data outputs adhere to job/client specifications
- Identify quality issues and report to the Director of Operations
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience with Litigation support applications such as IPRO, Summation and Concordance
- Knowledge of Kofax and UltraEdit
- 2-3 years of scanning and quality control experience in a law firm or litigation vendor
- Basic MS SQL and MS Access skills helpful
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working under deadlines
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, the ability to effectively juggle competing demands, prioritize appropriately, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
- Available by phone or email when out of the office
