Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from initial set-up to delivery of the finished product, with a focus on client relations and communication.
- Work closely with client to set up projects, including price quotes, project turnaround estimates, and job specifications.
- Continuously track multiple projects within each department to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Work closely with production manager to ensure proper allocation of resources based on project deadlines.
- Serve as a liaison between RVM, the production manger, and the client.
- Communicate frequently with client to troubleshoot project issues and provide status updates.
- Ensure jobs are completed according to company quality standards, job specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with client and staff.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience at a litigation support company or law firm.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Available to work overtime, including evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior management experience required.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems.
