Relativity Best in Service—RVM is two for two!

For the second time, Premium Hosting Partner RVM has achieved Relativity Best in Service recognition from kCura.

Indeed, kCura has upped the ante on the Best in Service criteria by requiring Premium Hosting Partners to meet the criteria year round versus qualifying once for an entire year.

As one of the first Premium Hosting Partners to receive kCura’s revamped Best in Service distinction, RVM stands apart from other e-Discovery players.

“RVM is proud to receive the recognition as a ‘Best in Service’ partner. As a recipient of the 2010 ‘Best in Service’ award, we are pleased that kCura, like RVM, continues to evolve and reinvent the programs they offer. RVM believes that consistent refinement of process, cutting edge infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise are the building blocks for success in a competitive online legal review market.”

-Geoffrey Sherman, Director of Technology, RVM

RVM has a dedicated hosting team, and hosting hotline, which enhances their clients’ review experience. RVM has the ability to train clients’ review teams either on-site or remotely.  Their hosting team consists of highly trained professionals and certified administrators, including attorneys and paralegals, who consult clients throughout the review process.

RVM enjoys further accolades with their five Relativity Certified Administrators (RCAs) and one Relativity Certified Sales Professional*(RCSP) on their team[i]. RVM prides itself on this accomplishment, especially given kCura’s challenging criteria.

“We earned Best in Service by providing outstanding customer service, implementing kCura’s best practices for optimizing Relativity, and by providing our clients with support from our phenomenal, tech savvy, professional hosting team.”

-Vincent Brunetti, President, RVM

“RVM has always had a commitment to providing a great Relativity experience for their clients, through product expertise and a sound technical infrastructure.  We are pleased to be able to acknowledge that commitment with a second Best in Service designation.”

Not all cases are alike. Not all clients are alike. RVM has prepared for this challenge by implementing a knowledgeable support team dedicated to learning each client’s needs and creating a powerful synergy with RVM and the case team.

RVM introduces Talia Page, Esq., RVM’s newest hosting analyst and trainer. Ms. Page joins RVM after years of experience as an attorney from top AmLaw law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Her responsibilities include onsite demonstrations and training of RVM’s hosting solutions, problem resolutions, and to serve as a liaison between RVM’s project management team and the case team. As an attorney, she understands the case team’s needs to meet tight deadlines, manage and review complex data, and to strategize creatively and effectively to overcome unexpected hurdles. As a hosting analyst, Ms. Page will specifically focus on ensuring quality onsite customer support and improving the client’s online review experience.

RVM is taking the initiative to foster client relationships with consistency and accuracy, having a better pulse on client needs and case patterns. In the age of technology as the main medium to interact with clients, customer support has become cold and reactive. RVM works to establish a meaningful proactive rapport with the client. This means frequent communication, extensive product knowledge, and dedication to client success.

RVM has worked diligently to stick out from the mass of vendors with the RVM differential- the expertise and customer services provided by RVM’s seasoned professionals. Recently, RVM was recognized as a Relativity Best in Service Partner and now has four certified Relativity Administrators and one certified Relativity sales professional on staff.
