Sean King is the Chief Operating Officer at RVM Enterprises, Inc. He oversees all client-facing and client-supporting teams of RVM, ensuring that the experience our clients have is of quality, efficient, and consistent. Mr. King knows that a collaborative and consultative approach to partnering with clients is of immeasurable importance throughout the lifecycle of any matter. He oversees a talented group of professionals that act as key resources to ensure the client is informed of options and best practices, how best to leverage technology, maintain budgets, and meet the overall expectations.
Sean brings over 15 years of litigation and eDiscovery support experience to this role. Prior to joining RVM, Sean led a global team of litigation technology professionals at a premiere international law firm. His experience as a client seeking the services of industry experts like RVM, brings a deep understanding of what is important in the client experience. In that role, Sean has led the firm’s technology and eDiscovery training programs, provided consulting services, and supported large scale matters. Mr. King’s clients at RVM have included large pharmaceutical companies, major financial institutions, large telecommunication clients, international clients, and numerous smaller clients looking to leverage technology on IP Litigation matters, Bankruptcy litigations, government investigations, and internal investigations.
Mr. King’s experience, knowledge, and attentive analysis of client needs and objectives have earned him deep respect within the eDiscovery community. A testament to Mr. King’s expertise, he was the recipient of the Law Technology News (LTN) award for the Best Use of Technology at a Trial in 2007. Sean sits on the Board of Directors and currently serves as President of the eDiscovery, Compliance and Litigation Support Management Association, Inc. (ECALSM). He is also an active member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
In addition to his work at RVM, Sean is dedicated to the growth and development of children, and has served on the Board of Directors and coaches for the Old Bridge East Little League Program in New Jersey. He’s also a determined member of his church community, assisting with youth services and ministries. Additionally, Sean is an active member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a self-proclaimed long suffering New York Mets fan.
