RVM receives data from its clients and processes this data per a contract in place with our clients. The use of information processed through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged RVM Enterprises, Inc. Because RVM processes personal information at the direction of our Clients, we generally have no direct relationship to the individuals whose personal information we receive in connection with client engagements. Any individual who seeks access or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data provided to RVM Enterprises Inc. by a client should direct their query to that client. An individual wishing to limit the use or sharing of their data should similarly direct their query to that client. RVM Enterprises Inc. will take reasonable steps to delete any personal information that is deemed to be inaccurate or incomplete. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. RVM Enterprises Inc. will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
